WHS Student featured in TED-Ed Talk video

Last Spring, Ms. McCann's AP Psychology class participated in TED-Ed Clubs where they gave talks explaining their original ideas in a creative and engaging presentation. The first Waldwick student to be featured on the TED-Ed Website is Shayna O'Reilly, discussing "Subtle Sexism."  5 must see Ted-Ed Club Videos  

AP Testing

Advanced Placement testing will begin on Monday, May 4.   Morning test takers need to check-in by 8 AM and report directly to the Greenberg Center.  Afternoon test takers taking  Psychology (5/4) and  Macroeconomics (5/14)  need to check-in by 12:20 PM.   The afternoon Physics (5/6) Exam will begin at 11:45 AM.  All afternoon testing will take place in the  Greenberg Center.   Students taking morning exams will be excused from classes until 12:10.  Students testing in the afternoon will be excused at 11:20 for lunch.   Testing Schedule  Monday, 5/4 Chemistry AM (3 hours & 15 minutes) Psychology PM (2 hours) Tuesday, 5/5 Calculus AM (3 hours & 15 minutes) Wednesday, 5/6 English Literature AM (3 hours) Physics PM (3 hours) Thursday, 5/7 Spanish Language AM (3 hours & 15 minutes) Friday, 5/8 US History AM (3 hours & 15 minutes) Studio Art PM Monday, 5/11 Biology AM (3 hours) Wednesday, 5/13 English Language AM (3 hours & 15 minutes)

National Merit Scholarship Program - Class of 2016

Congratulations........................ James Noyes, Erin Scott and  Bryan Fotino,    all members of the  Class of 2016 who will be honored by the National Merit Scholarship Program in the fall of their senior year for achieving a high score on their PSAT's.  With a Selection Index score of 202 or above, these high performers have shown outstanding academic potential.  Of the 1.5 million program entrants, each of these students is among the 50,000 highest-scoring participants who will be recognized. 

PARCC (End of Year) Testing

WHS March Students of the Month

WALDWICK HIGH SCHOOL March Students of the Month 2014 – 2015 PHYSICAL EDUCATION MATTHEW HUNT – Matthew, a junior, is the Physical Education Student of the Month. Matt is an extremely hard worker who always brings a smile and positive attitude with him to Physical Education.  He has been an excellent role model throughout the year, regardless of the unit.  Matthew demonstrates great effort, participation and sportsmanship.  His favorite sports are soccer and baseball.  Great job Matt and keep up the great work!
