Before School Starts TO DO LIST #4 Username & Password

September will be here before we know it, so I wanted to put together a summer “To Do List” blog series for parents and students to help get everyone ready for school, come September 4.   I hope you enjoy the series.   #4 Confirm your Usernames and Passwords Waldwick High School uses a few web-based sites that require a username and password. Before School Starts TO DO LIST # 3 Baseline Testing

September will be here before we know it, so I wanted to put together a summer “To Do List” blog series for parents and students to help get everyone ready for school, come September 4.   I hope you enjoy the series.   #3 Baseline Testing  For the fifth consecutive year, Waldwick HS will be providing all athletes with the Impact Baseline Test. This is a preventative measure that will help reduce prolonged brain injury. Impact provides a computerized neurocognitive assessment that measures levels such as reaction time and memory.  When a head injury occurs, the baseline score will be compared to a post test that the athlete will have to take.  A doctor will not allow an athlete back on the playing field until the post test score is at an acceptable level when compared to the athlete’s baseline test.  Additional information on Impact Testing can be found on the website www.impacttest.com.
