Class of 2022 - Guidance on college selection related to vaccination status
Class of 2022 - Seniors and Senior Parents, Something to keep in mind for next year related to college selection and vaccination status. The information below is being shared as information only and is not indicative of a pro or con stance regarding vaccinations. Students who are not vaccinated, or choose not to get vaccinated, may not be able to enroll in certain colleges next year. Syracuse, for example, is requiring Covid-19 vaccinations AND the booster. If a student is attending Syracuse and isn’t vaccinated, they would need to start the vaccination process this February or March. You will not become eligible to receive the booster until five (5) months later. This link provides a list of colleges by state that are requiring COVID-19 vaccinations.
