WALDWICK HIGH SCHOOL October Students of the Month 2015 – 2016 ENGLISH LARISSA WOODS - Larissa Woods, a senior,  is a very focused and driven student who takes responsibility for her work and takes the time to put forth the effort consistently and rigorously.  She is an active participant in her learning and does not take the easy path; she challenges herself on every level and really goes above and beyond the level of expectation.  When we talk about literature or informational text, she’s shares the nuances of the text.  As a writer, she develops her ideas into a clear and fluid response to literature and other writing styles.  She is a self-motivated learner who takes her role as student very seriously.
