Schedule for Dropping Off Textbooks/Picking Up Locker Contents

SCHEDULE FOR DROPPING OFF TEXTBOOKS

On Thursday, June 11, we have set up a schedule for students to drop off textbooks, novels, readers, etc. Students will also be able to pick up personal belongings that were left in their school lockers. Mrs. Gray, the School Nurse will be on site as well to return any medications that were left in the Nurse's Office.

Students will not have access to get to belongings that were left in their gym lockers on Thursday. This will happen at some point later in the summer.

In order for this process to go smoothly and follow all social distancing and gathering guidelines, we have created a schedule for students and families to come on campus. I understand the set times may conflict with parent work schedules, but I hope everyone will be able to make it work.

Below is the schedule we will follow. The schedule is organized in alphabetical order so families with multiple children will be able to come on campus at the same time.

Only students will enter the building using the main entrance doors. Students must have a mask on. Once in the lobby, there will be 3/4 stations set up to check you in.  Once you have checked in, students will walk down the senior wing dropping off their books on different tables marked by subject. 

Myself, Mr. Clancy and Mr. Mayer will be outside in the parking lot directing parents/students where to go.

There will be an additional window on Friday, June 12, from 8:30 to 9:30 AM for anyone who cannot drop off on Thursday.
