Heart Screening - Class of 2024 & 2025
Over the past thirteen years, Waldwick High School has teamed up with the Sean Fisher Memorial Foundation and the Gift of Life Foundation to honor the life of Sean Fisher and provide heart screenings to all 9th graders.
The screening program is offered at no cost to the Freshman and Sophomore classes ONLY and will take place at Waldwick High School on: March 23, 2,4 ,25 during school hours. The company that will be handling the screening is H&D Sonography, LLC. Screenings takes approximately 15-20 minutes and includes: 2D echocardiogram.
In order for a students to take advantage of this opportunity, they must go online, select a time slot using the Genius Sign up link on the flyer. Play close attention to your selection of a female or male technician for the screening.
