WHS - MLK Week of Service

This year WHS will be taking part in our very own MLK Week of Service from January 8th, 2024, to January 12th, 2024, which leads up to Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 15th. This week will serve as a reminder of the power of service and the importance of giving back. We believe that participating in the MLK Week of Service can play a vital role in fostering not only the growth of our students but also the betterment of our community.

The WHS Social Studies Department has taken the lead on this initiative and more information will be shared over the next two weeks in regards to: volunteer opportunities, service trips and the different ways students and staff will be able to participate. It’s our goal to have the entire WHS community involved in some type of service during the MLK Week of Service.
