The WHS Athletics Booster Cub is excited to be offering Athletic Lawn signs for all the Fall sports this year. It is a great way to show support for our teams and athletes. You can order them directly from the booster club web site store. Booster Club Store  Ordering Deadline is October 8th so please spread the word so no one misses the opportunity to order their sign. Once the orders are created we will reach out to everyone regarding pick up days / times, which will be handled at the snack stand at the stadium turf in mid October. The cost for each sign is $20 for Booster Club Members and $25 for non members. Thank you to everyone for all your support. WHS Booster Club

This year our Back-to-School Night will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023. The evening will begin at 7pm with all parents reporting to their student's 1st period class. New Staff @ WHS - Sofia Hernandez It is my pleasure to introduce Sofia Hernandez to the Waldwick community. Ms. Hernandez will be a great addition to our World Language Department. This year she will be teaching Spanish at the high school. We are very excited to welcome Ms. Hernandez to WHS.

New Staff @ WHS - Jillian Beckerle It is my pleasure to introduce Jillian Beckerle to the Waldwick community. Ms. Beckerle will be a great addition to our Math Department. This year she will be teaching Algebra 2/Trigonometry CP and Calculus Honors, as well as Exploration into Engineering at the high school. We are very excited to welcome Ms. Beckerle to WHS.

Update on reporting student absences at Waldwick High School:  As I mentioned in one of my summer blog posts , punctuality and attendance are crucial aspects of a student's academic journey. They play a significant role in shaping their overall educational experience and future success. As part of our focus on attendance and our continuous drive to improve everyday logistical functions at the High School and Middle School campus, we have created a new attendance procedure for when your child is going to be absent from school.  You will no longer call the school to report an absence. Instead, you will now be logging into Genesis Parent Portal and reporting the absence online.  The Genesis Parent Portal attendance module will be our new form of communication when alerting the school that your child will be absent. This new three step process streamlines everything into one location and helps our daily attendance procedures move at a quicker pace.  Please click the link below for th

  Please consider supporting the Waldwick High School student athletes and athletic programs by becoming a member of the Booster Club. Membership is easy through the below link. It's only $40 to be a member for the year and covers your family. In the registration you will see examples of the numerous ways the Booster Club supports thanks to our members/donors. Through your membership you will also be kept up to date on the high school athletics programs, be exposed to volunteer opportunities, be provided access to specific merch/discounts (coming soon) and you will be listed on the member page of the website. Also, if you have a varsity athlete in any sport then your Booster Club membership enables them to attend the varsity banquet dinners after their season at no additional cost.
