AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK

The week of November 18-22 has been proclaimed AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK.  Thursday, November 21, 2013, has been designated as a special visitation day for parents and guardians at Waldwick High School.
Ongoing research shows that parental involvement in schools improves student achievement, enhances collaboration between home and school, reduces absenteeism and restores confidence among parents in their children’s education.  I encourage you to visit the High School on Thursday, November 21, between the hours of 8:15 and 3:00 pm.
The following suggestions are made to facilitate your visit to the High School:
  • Please sign in and receive a visitor’s pass at the Main Office.
  • To minimize interruptions to our educational programs, please limit your stay in a classroom to fifteen (15) minutes.  Also, please do not confer with teachers or students while visiting.
Thank you for your cooperation.  We look forward to your visit.
