Griffin Price - Griffin is a student in Grade 9 English.  He is a hard worker and always strives to meet or exceed expectations.  Griffin is goal-oriented and effectively uses his prior knowledge and personal experiences to enhance classroom discussions.  He excels in English because he is not afraid to ask questions.  In addition, Griffin is friendly and never shies away from helping out a peer.

Meg Hahn – Meg is currently enrolled in Advanced Placement Art.  She is a very talented young artist.  Her drawings are beautifully done and she puts meticulous detail into all of her work.  She is a wonderful role model to her peers and the younger artists in her class.  Last summer, Meg participated in the young artist’s residency program which was part of the Art Institute of Boston.  The program ran for four weeks at Leslie University in Boston.  She came home with many new pieces for her portfolio and a passion for art.  Meg is applying to Maine College of Art, Art Institute of Boston and Massachusetts College of Art.  She will make a great addition to any of these fine art institutions and will be deeply missed in the Art Room!
Linda Buffington – Linda is a sophomore tennis player, honor student and is one of the captains of the team.  She has strong leadership qualities and is able to balance academics and athletics and be very successful at both.  She was 2nd singles this season and is the type of player who continues to do her best even when she is down a set and will battle back to win.  Linda never gives up and always gives her all.  She is very organized and prepared as an athlete and one of the teams' leaders and is respected by all of her teammates.
