School Budgets - The on Going Struggles

While preparing for an upcoming distirct level budget meeting, I remembered a movie clip that I think puts a great spin on the budget process.

What I took away from the clip:  

Everyone needs to be willing to compromise

Come in with an open mind

Stay focused on the task at hand

Any decisions made must keep in mind the affects on students/Learning 

See the big picture (District Needs), its not only about your school 

Think outside box - BE CREATIVE

Work together as a TEAM
