Testing Week (March 4, 5 & 6)
Schedule for HSPA Testing Days
On March 4, 5 and 6, the High
School Proficiency Assessment (HSPA) will be administered to all 11th
Grade students and a small number of 12th Grade students. All students taking the HSPA must be in their
respective testing room by 8:00 a.m.
Students that are not involved in
the HSPA testing will begin school on a delayed start and will be taking part
in the programs as follows:
Tuesday,
March 4:
9th Grade – 9 a.m. - Sticks
& Stones Video
10th
Grade – 10 a.m. - Implementing Good Teen Safety Driving Habits
12th
Grade (Students not testing) – 10 a.m. - Fire Safety: Focusing on Dorm Life
*Students should report directly to
the high school gym and then will be walked to their assembly program.
Wednesday
& Thursday, March 5 & 6:
9th
Grade – 10 a.m.
10th
Grade – 10 a.m.
12th
Grade (Students not testing) – 10 a.m.
*Students are to report to the gym by
10am. 9th and 10th
graders will be sent to their homeroom for attendance. 12th grade students will go to the
Little Theater.
Testing will take place in the
senior wing classrooms. Students not involved with testing should
enter the building through the Greenberg Center Doors ONLY. The
Main Entrance will be closed to those not testing. Students will not be allowed to their lockers until after homeroom.
Busing will be running at its normal
time. Should a student need to take the bus at the regularly scheduled time,
they are to report to the cafeteria upon arrival and remain there until they
need to report to their assigned schedule.
