AP Exam Schedule - Spring 2021

AP Students and Parents/Guardians of AP Students:

The Advanced Placement (AP) testing process through The College Board has changed for this current school year. I would like to update you on the procedure.

The College Board announced three testing windows for districts to choose from this year. They also gave options on how and where tests will be taken.
  1. In person and on paper at Waldwick High School
  2. In person, digital format at Waldwick High School
  3. At home in a digital format. This is with Administrative approval only.
*One Note: Spanish is not offered as a virtual option.

Over the past few weeks, AP teachers have had conversations and discussions with their students on the different options. Based on those conversations and my conversations with the AP teachers, we have created a testing schedule for the AP Exams.

For the full-time remote students, Mrs. Gastman will be reaching out to you about our plans for taking the exam.  An email with more details will go out to the full-time remote students taking an AP class sometime next week.

Spring 2021 AP Test Schedule

It is required that all students take the AP exam for the class they have worked so diligently in this year. All we want is for students to do their best.

At best, a student can earn college credit and save thousands of dollars in tuition. At worst, students do not have to report to colleges any exam score that they are not pleased with.

Follow this link to understand the score (3, 4 or 5) a student would need to earn for a particular college or university to earn credit: AP College Credit Search

If you have any questions, concerns, or need additional clarification, please reach out to Mrs. Gastman, our AP Testing Coordinator: gastmanp@waldwickschools.org

Thank you,
Mr. Carroll
